My purchase didn't arrive
Restart the game and wait a minute — the store sometimes confirms late. Still missing? Send us the receipt from Apple or Google, your player ID and the item name via the form above.
I lost my progress after reinstalling
Sign in with the same Apple / Google account and open Settings → Cloud save → Restore. If the save is gone, write to us with your old player ID if you have it.
How do I turn off notifications?
In the game: Settings → Notifications. Or in your phone settings under Movie Empire: Idle.
How do I restore purchases on a new device?
Settings → Restore purchases. Use the same store account you bought with. Non-consumables (like “No ads”) come back automatically.
Which devices are supported?
iOS 15 or newer and Android 8.0 or newer with 2 GB RAM. Tablets are supported.
